USAR rules apply. This is a USA Racquetball sanctioned tournament. All entrants must be members of the USAR.
Annual membership is $35 or there is a limited event membership for one tourna- ment that is $15. Forms will be available at the tournament to register
Entry Deadline: 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2008. No refunds after the draw is made. Please, no phone entries. More entry forms are available online at www.gcnet.com/ymca/ or www.ksracquetball.com, Call (620) 275-1199 Friday, Dec. 5, after 10 a.m. for the time of your first match. All players plan on playing Friday night. Those traveling from out of town should write (and include with entry form) if you cannot make it until Saturday.
